Saint Aubin is a beautiful testimony to the architectural aesthetics of the colonial era of Mauritius. The 19th Century Saint Aubin built in 1819 close to the mill and originally the home of the owners of the sugar farm. The house undertake some renovation in the 1990’s and is now a Table Hôte offering local and authentic cuisine.
