In order to process any helicopter booking, client must provide the following details(Please write in comments or kindly send us an email on info@toursbooking.mu):
Name of each participant as per the passports and the Gender
Nationality
Passport number
Date of birth of each participant
Weight of each participant
In case of any Children or baby, please specify same with the above details
In case of 3 or more passengers, the flight trip will be only offered under the weight limitation
In some cases landing fees are applicable for using the helipads. These fees varies for the different helipads as detailed. The landing fees are to be paid on the day of the flight directly at the helipad
1 - 2 passengers:
2 suitcases (each of maximum of 23 kgs)
2 handbags
3 - 4 passengers:
1 handbag per person
If your luggage and handbag exceeds the capacity of the helicopter, kindly note that Mauritius Toursbooking can offer a private vehicle transfer for your additional luggage ( in such case, you will have to pay a supplemet cost ).
