Visitor Tips 

• Wear comfortable shoes, a hat, and a sweater/raincoat depending on the weather.
• Bring water, sunscreen, and mosquito repellent.
• Prior booking is required, ideally 72 hours in advance.
• Access to the valley may be restricted between June and September or during private events.
• The reserve is open daily, 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM for activities, and 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM for the reception.

• Ferney reserves the right to cancel activities due to bad weather, emergencies, or private events.
• Bookings are compulsory, with advance reservation strongly recommended.
• Children under 5 are not permitted on the 4×4 adventure for safety reasons.
• Tours operate with a maximum of 9 passengers per vehicle to ensure a personalized experience.
