La Vallée Des Couleurs Nature Park is operational since 4 July 1998 and is actively engaged in the business of eco-tourism. The discovery of 23 coloured earths in the late 90’s, displayed in bands and domes within the domain, constitutes a unique geological feature in this part of the world. The fascinating attractions of the Nature Park, spreads over some 450 acres of land and revolves around the indigenous fauna and flora that abound in the park. Quad Biking: A float of quads and buggies is available for an adventurous drive full of thrills along wooded paths along which will unfold a flora and fauna so typical to the park. Visitors go through a test drive before leaving for their adventures and will be accompanied by our experienced guide for their trails.
Ziplines: A flight across the Valley along our 1.5 km long zip line, 3rd longest in the world, will provide a bird’s eye view of the different panorama unfolding as you glide across. The Valley is also endowed with a range of shorter zip lines, ranging from 100 meters to 500 meters, suited for both adults and children. Come and enjoy the thrills and sensations of our zip lining in a magnificent landscape.
Nepalese Bridge: For the daring and for the less daring, come and conquer your fear of heights in a 100 % safe way. Suspended at a height of 80 to 100 metres above the forest canopy, breathe in the fresh air with each step you take on the longest suspended bridge in the Indian Ocean region, 350 metres of pure marvel. Feel the wind against your face while you enjoy the panoramic view of the south of the island like nowhere else you can do.
Trekking: You prefer nature walk rather than discovering the beauty of the nature park by zip lining or quad biking. At La Vallée des Couleurs Nature Park, we offer you the opportunity to make the most of the natural beauty of the park, the breathtaking views of the mountains around, the rivers and waterfalls, the forests, the roaming wild animals while doing a two-hours hiking. Meant for adventurous nature lovers, the two hours walk includes swimming in our private waterfall as well.
Jeep: Upon reservation, it is also possible to visit the park in one of our jeeps. Experience the miracle of life in wilderness while enjoying the drive at the heart of the park. The driver-guide will make the climbing up of the slopes with the off-road engine an excitement filled ride full of fun and laughter for you and your family.
